at many different companies to accomplish these tasks and have been
successful every time.

My proven track record of building effective engineering
teams using positive people centric mentoring and a hands-on, team
oriented management style has also ensured success.

I am self-initiated and self-directed; able to work effectively with
cross-functional teams in driving responsibility to results. I enjoy the
challenge of determining new methods and directions that will provide
increased productivity and efficiency.
